1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than five working days before the event.

• Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit and booking form have been received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If cancellation occurs within five working days of the event, the full balance is still payable.

• In the unlikely event we cannot fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

3. Event Requirements

• The hirer must ensure the venue has sufficient space (at least 5 ft in front and behind the photo booth) and a power supply for the booth to operate.

• Parking and reasonable access to the venue must be provided.

• It is the hirer’s responsibility to confirm that the venue allows photo booth hire equipment.

4. Use of Equipment

• Only our trained attendants may operate the photo booth equipment.

• The hirer is responsible for ensuring guests behave appropriately around the booth. We reserve the right to withdraw services if guests are unruly or pose a safety risk, with no refund given.

• Any damage caused to the booth or props due to negligence will be charged to the hirer.

5. Service Duration

• Hire time is based on the agreed package (e.g. 3 hours, 5 hours).

• Setup and takedown are not included in hire time.

• If you require additional time, this may be charged at £75 per hour, subject to availability.

6. Digital Photos & Sharing

• All packages include unlimited digital photos and instant digital sharing (paperless, no prints).

• We will provide the hirer with access to an online gallery or download link after the event.

• Guests consent to their images being captured and shared digitally by using the booth.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

• We comply with UK GDPR regulations. Any guest data collected (e.g. emails for digital sharing) will only be used for the purpose of delivering photos and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Liability

• We will not be liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. power failure, venue restrictions).

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the hire.

9. Photos & Marketing

• Unless otherwise requested in writing, Strike A Pose Photo Booth Hire may use photos taken during events for promotional purposes on our website and social media.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By booking with Strike A Pose Photo Booth Hire, the hirer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
